Pool Care Products Return Policy

You may return any item, for any reason, to Pool Care Products for your choice of a refund or replacement within 30 days from the invoice date. You must call us at (509)783-7665 to receive an RGA prior to returning any item to insure proper credit or replacement. The item must be received in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition in order to insure proper credit. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged to the customer on all non-stocked items. Handling charges are non-refundable and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Call tags will be issued in the event where the item received is not the item listed on the order and in this case, the correct item will be shipped without handling or shipping charges.
